Delivery

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS: ETA is 4-5 weeks from ordering and CAD approval, unless expedited service is ordered and paid for.

Order sooner than later, it helps your chances of being included on an earlier shipment. If a fork lift is used on orders where the door is equal to or over 84” high, fork lift tine extensions must be used.

Extended delivery times may be experienced prior to, during, and after holiday periods. ETAs on high wind, hurricane, impact, and custom color systems can be up to 16 weeks from CAD approval and payment.

Only one delivery address per order, no split delivery addresses unless additional delivery addresses are specified and paid for at time of order. All deliveries are curbside.

All of our windows and doors styles come fully assembled and most of the time will require two people at their destination to unload and move into position – this is at the customer’s responsibility.
