SHIPPING

Aluguard has succeeded in making shipping and handling prices and policies as fair as possible, so our customers can benefit. We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to cancel the "none-special" order for a refund; or cancel the shipping through Aluguard chosen freight company and arrange shipping through a freight company of your choice.

 

Customized Doors and Windows
For standard configuration, starting from the drawing approval stage, our usual delivery time is 4-5 weeks, for non-standard colors, colored glass and other special upgrades, our delivery time is 10-14 weeks.Shipping cost need to be connected with our sales.

Entry door
Include shipping cost to Houston port, included plywood wooden box fee, production time 30 days, shipping time 25 days, excluding installation, purchase marine insurance, once the goods get damaged, please take the pictures of damaged wooden boxes and goods, ask the local shipping agent to get an unpacking report, a certificate of cargo damage, and then report to insurance compensation according to the value of the goods.

Packing
All our doors are shipped safely in a solid and secure packing system, specifically designed to protect your door, and to ensure that the door and all parts that ship with it arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping damage
On occasion a part will be damaged in shipping. If your purchase was received with shipping damage, please contact us. We will work with the shipping company and see that a new part is sent to you.
