CAD Drawing

As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. We have a group of talented designers work on your order and a CAD drawing will send to you within 24-48hrs.

Drawing Approved

Please confirm that design and measurements on the drawing are correct and have the drawing approved. We would suggest you forward the drawing to your professional contractor to go through every detail. We'd love to improve the drawing till you are satisfied with the final design. P.S. Please understand window pictures in store are for display only. Production based on approved CAD drawing. The completed door may look a bit different from the picture shown due to hand-forged craftsmanship. IWD Iron Wrought Doors does not consider product variances as defects.

Start Fabrication

We will start the fabrication of the products upon receiving approval from you. Our skilled artisans build your products with top-notch craftsmanship and unmatched custom design capacity.

Production Process

We will update you with the pics of in-line production pictures when the door is finished assembling. You will receive some real-life pictures of the completed door for final product confirmation before shipment. We will double check with you about your shipping address and contact info. to make sure the carrier can reach you and deliver the door smoothly.

Packing & Shipping

We will pack it up at once after final inspection and cleaning for shipment if you are satisfied with its look and quality.

Truck-Booking

When the doors arrive at our logistic warehouse, our warehouse personnel will arrange truck booking ASAP. When an appointed freight company picks up your package and is out for delivery, a tracking number will generate. We will provide you with the tracking number once it can be tracked online.

Out for Delivery

When the door arrives at your local logistic station, the truck company will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date.
